ttlj processes your personal data on the following legal grounds as recognised under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations under the ttlj Terms & Conditions, including account management, payments, and gameplay — without this data, we cannot provide you with our services.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws, tax reporting obligations, and orders from competent authorities.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service analytics, where these interests are balanced against and do not override your privacy rights.

ttlj does not sell or rent your personal data. We share personal information only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:
- Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard — to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by applicable financial regulations.
- KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist in verifying the identity and age of players. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for purposes beyond KYC verification.

Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe ttlj has processed your personal data in a manner inconsistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

The ttlj Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, consistent with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling. ttlj does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If ttlj becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be permanently suspended. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process, and accounts that cannot substantiate the player's age with a valid government-issued ID will not be approved for withdrawal of funds.
