ttlj Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ttlj platform at ttlj.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the ttlj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform. ttlj reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.

Access to and use of the ttlj Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform, consistent with Philippine gaming age regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ttlj or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the ttlj Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ttlj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active ttlj account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ttlj may, upon discovery, suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. ttlj reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 KYC Verification. As part of our compliance obligations, ttlj conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttlj login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. ttlj will never request your password through any communication channel. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to ttlj support immediately. ttlj shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ttlj account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or wagering requirements.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ttlj Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ttlj does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ttlj currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• GCash — instant credit upon confirmation
• PayMaya / Maya — instant credit upon confirmation
• BPI Online Transfer — processed within one (1) business day
• BDO Online Transfer — processed within one (1) business day
• Metrobank Online Transfer — processed within one (1) business day
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to issuing bank processing times

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ttlj is ₱100. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions may differ and will be communicated in the relevant promotion's terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) business days following satisfactory KYC verification. ttlj reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ttlj may request additional documentation for withdrawals processed to a different channel.

5.1 General. ttlj may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this Section 5.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits issued by ttlj are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games typically carry lower contribution percentages than slots.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless ttlj expressly permits this in writing. Attempting to claim bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their terms — including but not limited to exploiting low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns — may result in bonus cancellation and review of the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will be forfeited. ttlj is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. ttlj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already active in a player's account.

6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered through ttlj — including but not limited to slots, virtual table games, and number games — are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are statistically independent and unpredictable. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed in the game's information section.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, ttlj will apply its game interruption policy, which may involve voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the player's account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on ttlj — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and other covered events — are governed by ttlj's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms. Odds are subject to change up to the commencement of an event. Bets confirmed prior to odds changes will be honoured at the odds accepted at the time of placement.

6.4 Void Bets. ttlj reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a result has been affected by verifiable corruption or match-fixing, or where a bet was placed using information unavailable to the general public at the time of placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttlj Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documents
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the betting interface
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to ttlj
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals on deposits after wagering has occurred
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions, IP blocks, or KYC requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ttlj staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform while under the legal gambling age of 21 years

ttlj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and measures to support players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to be notified when a specified playing time has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts remind players of total time spent and net gaming balance during a session.

All content on the ttlj Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ttlj or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ttlj.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttlj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

10.2 ttlj's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ttlj account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 ttlj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ttlj takes reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform stability and security but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

10.4 ttlj shall not be responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to report the breach promptly.

ttlj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ttlj implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage — to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

ttlj will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement agencies as required by law or as necessary to deliver Platform services.

ttlj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes affecting player rights, withdrawal terms, or eligibility — ttlj will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a notice posted prominently on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

The current version of these Terms will always be available at ttlj.org/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ttlj, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting ttlj customer support and allowing a reasonable period for the Company to investigate and respond. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through customer support, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration as required under applicable law.

13.3 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes with ttlj on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
